Master Lock

The Master Lock Butterfly valve lockout device locks out virtually any butterfly valve in just seconds with use of an adjustable locking cable through the desired eyelet and around valve neck. The easy-to-use wedge-shaped device features a stainless steel rivet allowing device to smoothly pivot open and closed to ensure proper fit and directional application arrows allow for ease of installation and minimize error.

Prevent unintentional energization of electric circuits. Versatile covers lock out most circuit breakers. No. 491 oversized breaker device fits toggle switches to 2-1/2" wide x 7/8" thick. No. 492 for single pole circuit switches having recessed side-holes. No. 493 with convenient thumbwheel, for 277 and 120 volt switches. No. 494 with convenient thumbwheel, for 480/600 volt switches. No. 495 universal multi-pole devices for breakers with tie-bar.

The Master Lock No. 176 Resettable combination padlock offers dependable, keyless security with a customizable four digit code. The smooth-turning combo lock mechanism provides fast, convenient access without keys. Features a 2in (51mm) wide solid brass case for strength and weatherability and a 5/16in (8mm) diameter hardened steel shackle for excellent resistance to cutting and sawing.

Compact design locks out smaller plugs easily and effectively. Fits two prong plugs with and without ground - 110-120 volt. Use with existing lockout padlocks or lockout hasps. Accepts 3/16", 1/4" and 9/32" shackle diameter. Labels in English Spanish and French. Patent pending

Lockout station - Large capacity lockout station holds departmental lockout needs. 8 hanger clips holds 2 padlocks or lockout hasps each. Holes provided along with bottom for optional peg hook hangers to hang bulky devices. Lockable - use a combination padlock to limit access to authorized employees. Included are: 410RED Zenex™ padlocks, hasps, tags, and valve lockouts. Measures 23.5" wide x 15.5" tall x 4.5" deep (59.6 cm x 39.3cm x 11.4cm)

The Master Lock No. 411 Zenex™ Thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide X 1-3/4in (44mm) tall Thermoplastic body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall X 1/4in (6mm) diameter metal shackle. Designed exclusively for Lockout/Tagout applications, the durable, lightweight, non-conductive lock body is easy to carry and is customizable on-site with permanent, write-on labels.

The Master Lock No. 71SC9 Shackle collar features rivets for attaching to shackle and fits 9/32in (7mm) diameter shackles and smaller. Designed for Master Lock Nos. 3, 3LF, 3LH padlocks.
The Master Lock No. 71TAG Brass identification tag features a 1/2in (13mm) x 1-3/4in (44mm) brass tag with ring for attaching to shackle collars. Engravable tag provides for individual identification and attaches to padlocks with shackle collars No. 71SC8 and 71SC9 collars
