The Air Systems CO-91 family of carbon monoxide monitors provides continuous air safety checks for supplied breathing air systems.
Air Systems CO-91PM (Panel-Mounted Monitor)
• Application: Designed to retrofit existing Grade-D breathing air systems or install into custom wall-mount panels.
• Construction: Housed in durable, powder-coated steel.
• Power & Alarms: Standard units operate on 115 VAC with a high-intensity 120 dBA audible alarm.
• Safety Option: Intrinsically safe, CSA-approved versions run on 9 VDC power only.
Air Systems CO91-14LAC (Portable Low-Pressure Monitor)
• Application: Portable field monitoring for ambient air pumps or filtration setups up to 150 psi max inlet pressure.
• Design: Mounted in a rugged, compact case meant to run in the closed and upright position.
• Alerts: Activates a 90–95 dBA audible alarm and visual light indicator when CO exceeds 10 ppm (5 ppm for Canadian standards).
• Power: Multi-power capability using 9-volt batteries, 8-16 VDC, or a 115 VAC cord. Includes a 5-foot connector hose.
Air Systems CO-91NS (Intrinsically Safe / Specialized Series)
• Application: Built for hazardous or explosive work locations where non-sparking or intrinsically safe certifications are mandatory.
• Certifications: CSA-approved for hazardous environments (such as Class I, Division 1, Groups C and D).
• Operation: Strictly powered by 9 VDC to ensure safe electrical thresholds in volatile atmospheres.
