The Air Systems MACK Multi-Air Command Kits are portable air distribution boxes designed to meet the demanding respiratory and pneumatic needs of fire, rescue, and emergency response teams.
MACK-1™ System
• Core Function: Serves as the baseline portable air distribution box for the MACK series.
• Air Supply: Connects to one or two SCBA cylinders or a truck-mounted high-pressure cascade system via a CGA-347 male inlet adapter.
• Output: Features a 4-outlet low-pressure breathing air manifold (125 psi maximum).
• Standard Features: Includes low-pressure alarm whistles and an internal DC case illumination lamp for low-light operations.
MACK-2™ System
• Core Function: Built for versatile air distribution across breathing, filling, and rescue applications.
• Design: Tested and engineered by fire and rescue professionals to handle multi-task field operations.
MACK-3™ System
• Core Function: Engineered specifically to conform with NFPA confined space entry rescue regulations.
• Key Feature: Contains a regulator isolation valve used to separate breathing air manifolds so the unit can safely support active rescue operations with independent backups.
MACK-5500™ System
• Core Function: Built to handle high-pressure 5500 psi incoming cylinders and mobile cascade systems.
• Advanced Controls: Retains standard MACK functionality while utilizing advanced regulators that handle cycling inlet pressures from 500 psi to 5,500 psi.
• Configuration: Includes dual 0-125 psi adjustable breathing air regulators, a 0-275 psi tool air regulator, and a 0-5,000 psi SCBA fill regulator with flexible incoming connect whips.
MACK-NFPA1™ System
• Core Function: Developed specifically for fire and rescue teams operating under strict NFPA guidelines.
• Redundancy: Features two independent MACK-1 regulator/manifold systems with dual low-pressure alarms and six total outlets. If one regulator fails, operations transfer seamlessly to the standby system.
MACK-NFPA3™ System
• Core Function: An advanced NFPA-compliant unit designed for high-stakes confined space rescue.
• Key Additions: Builds on the NFPA1 model by adding a regulator isolation valve (allowing simultaneous or separated use of dual air sources) and a CGA-347 high-pressure inlet for continuous truck-mounted cylinder supply.
